Our original oil paintings are delicate. To best protect them through the shipping process, our boxes are handmade to custom fit each piece. By providing this added care to the packaging process, your item will ship within 1-2 weeks after your purchase date.
Although our fine art prints require less packaging, they are printed by order and will ship within 1-2 weeks after the date of purchase.
Return Policy
We do not accept returns.
We believe in creating products that bring all the good vibes to a home or space. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at: lex@lexhadeandco.com and we will have a conversation to determine the best solution.
If you believe your product has been damaged during the shipping process, please contact us within 10 days of delivery to review the issue. We request written notification as well as photo documentation of all damages (including original and shipping packaging) within this timeframe. After 10 days, we will no longer replace the item.
When placing your order, please remember that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Sale items are final sale. This includes items purchased at a discounted price by using an online code.
